Shawn C. Bugbee's practice focuses primarily in the areas of Family Law and Domestic Litigation. His experience includes a wide range of civil litigation, such as divorces, custody disputes, modifications of alimony and child support, and related domestic issues. Mr Bugbee also handles criminal matters, with a focus on representation of clients who have been charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Georgia State University College of Law, where he also received honors status and awards for litigation. During his attendance at Georgia State, he represented the law school in two national litigation competitions. Mr. Bugbee is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American and Georgia Bar Associations. |
